Job description

Anchor Home Buyers is seeking a motivated, professional, and personable Remote Cold Caller to contact homeowners throughout the United States. Your primary responsibility will be initiating conversations with property owners, identifying potential home sellers, building rapport, and qualifying leads for our acquisitions team.

You will make outbound calls using a provided script, ask thoughtful qualifying questions, handle objections professionally, and accurately document each conversation in our CRM. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, confidence on the phone, persistence, and the ability to create positive conversations with people from all backgrounds.

The ideal candidate has previous outbound cold-calling or appointment-setting experience, speaks fluent English with a clear, neutral accent, works well independently, and is comfortable meeting daily call and lead-generation goals. Experience in U.S. real estate, sales, or lead generation is preferred but not required.
