We're a production company that signs content creators to management deals. We need a scout — someone who goes onto live streaming platforms, starts short conversations with creators, collects their contact info, and sends them a video. The video does the selling. You don't close deals. You don't negotiate. You open doors and move on.

This is fast-paced , repetitive, digital outreach. 60+ conversations a day. Most people will ignore you. Some will block you. You come back the next day and do it again. If that sounds exhausting, it is. If that sounds like a challenge you'd enjoy, keep reading.

What we need from you: you're  fast on a keyboard , you can read a conversation in real time and adjust, and you can follow a script while knowing when to sound natural. You've spent real time in online communities — streaming platforms, forums, group chats, social media management — and you don't need someone to teach you how people communicate in those spaces. You're reliable above everything else. If you say 2 PM, you're on at 2 PM.

The nature of the content on these platforms is adult. If that's a problem for you, this isn't your role. No judgment — but we need to know now, not two weeks in.

What the role looks like: 8-10 hours a day, 6 days a week. Screen monitored from day one. Daily targets that are tracked and reported. You check in when you start and report your numbers when you stop.

This is managed, structured, and accountable. Not a freelance gig. Not flexible hours.
