Job description
We are a growing exterior home services company based in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, looking for a reliable, motivated and sales-oriented Remote Customer Service & Sales Assistant.
This role combines customer service, inbound sales, appointment setting, follow-ups and outbound business development.
Main responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls, messages and online leads
- Respond to Facebook, Google and other advertising inquiries
- Follow up with customers who have received quotes
- Help convert leads into booked jobs
- Schedule estimates and service appointments
- Maintain organized customer and lead records
- Research and contact property managers, strata managers, commercial properties, municipalities and other potential clients
- Make outbound calls and send emails to generate new business
- Help develop long-term commercial accounts
- Assist with basic administrative and customer service tasks
Training will be provided on our services, pricing, communication and sales process.
Compensation:
Monthly base salary + performance-based sales commission.
Commission is paid on successfully closed inbound leads, with a higher commission for new business that you personally generate through outbound sales. There is no fixed cap on commission, so strong performers have significant earning potential.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Clear, natural and professional phone communication
- Strong customer service skills
- Comfortable making and receiving calls
- Confident with sales, follow-ups and cold outreach
- Reliable, organized and self-motivated
- Able to work independently
- Good computer, email and online research skills
- Stable internet connection and quiet working environment
- Availability during agreed Canadian Pacific Time hours
Preferred Experience:
- Customer service
- Inbound or outbound sales
- Appointment setting
- Cold calling / lead generation
- Experience working with Canadian or US customers
- CRM experience
