Position outputs

• Troubleshooting using Remote Services (Remote Flash, Remote Troubleshooting etc.)

• Analyse alerts and recommendations that are provided for problem resolution

• Support Field Technicians with advanced troubleshooting through remote services

• Provide accurate report on Findings during Troubleshooting

• Provide Full Troubleshooting and Parts packet for field technician to return the machine to operation.

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• B. Engineering ( Mechanical or Electrical) degree, or

• Must be a Caterpillar-certified earth-moving technician.

• Business communication

• Presentation skills

• Leadership

• Computer Literate (MS Office & appropriate caterpillar software applications)

• Staying abreast of technological development

• Post-apprentice/learnership experience

• 5 years
