[URGENT / STANDBY ROSTER] Sourcing Remote E-commerce Customer Support Specialists (Shopify Experience Required)

Hi everyone,Our boutique agency, Apex Commerce Support, is currently expanding its portfolio for upcoming US and UK-based Shopify brand projects. We are building a standby roster of top-tier, reliable customer care independent contractors.

Responsibilities (When Active): Manage incoming customer support tickets via email and live chat. Handle order tracking, shipping updates, and basic returns/refunds processing. Moderate comments on social media ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram).

Requirements: Hands-on, practical experience using Shopify backends (Gorgias or Zendesk experience is a massive plus). Flawless written English communication skills (grammar, tone, and spelling). A reliable laptop, stable high-speed fibre internet connection, and backup power solution (UPS/Inverter) to mitigate loadshedding. High level of data privacy awareness and compliance.

Compensation: R7,000 / month flat retainer (Project-based, part-time to full-time scaling).
