Remote Hospitality Reservations Specialist Wanted - UK-Based Hospitality Company

A UK-based hospitality company is seeking an experienced Remote Hospitality Reservations Specialist to join our team and support our Revenue Manager and Office Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong reservations experience who enjoys delivering excellent guest service, managing bookings, and supporting smooth operational processes.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in hospitality, with proven experience working with reservations, guest communication, and booking systems. You will be responsible for assisting with reservation management, handling guest enquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure an exceptional guest journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Revenue Manager and Office Manager with daily reservations and operational tasks
• Manage guest enquiries via email and booking platforms
• Process new bookings, amendments, cancellations, and guest requests
• Maintain accurate reservation records and assist with availability management
• Work confidently with booking systems and hospitality platforms
• Provide professional, timely, and friendly communication to guests
• Assist with maintaining high service standards throughout the guest booking experience

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ hospitality experience
• Previous experience in reservations, guest services, or hospitality operations
• Experience working with reservation and booking systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities remotely
• Professional, reliable, and guest-focused approach

Remote Working Requirements

• Own reliable computer/laptop required
• A second screen is preferred to support efficient working
• Stable, reliable WiFi/internet connection essential
• A suitable workspace to manage guest communications professionally

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 (UK hours)
• Weekend inbox cover required on a rotational basis (approximately 1 weekend every 3–4 weeks)

Package

• R13,000 per month
• Additional R1,000 per weekend for inbox cover
