Leading Tuition is a UK-based online tuition company looking for a reliable, South Africa-based remote assistant to help with lead response and client support.
This is a remote and flexible role, expected to be around 10–20 hours per week. The main requirement is that you can respond quickly when new parent enquiries come in, especially during agreed working hours.
The role involves:
- responding quickly to new parent enquiries
- calling warm leads and speaking to parents
- booking trial lessons
- sending WhatsApp/email follow-ups
- updating our admin system
- helping with light client support tasks
This is not cold calling. Most enquiries are from parents who have already contacted us about tuition.
We are looking for someone who:
- has exceptional written and spoken English
- is confident speaking to parents on the phone
- is highly reliable and responsive
- can respond to new leads quickly when needed
- is organised and good with admin
- has a quiet workspace and stable internet
- is based in South Africa
Experience in customer service, sales admin, client support, education, tutoring, school admin, or appointment setting would be helpful.
