Remote Media Buyer

BoostBookings is the UK's leading digital marketing agency for clinics offering IDD Therapy - a life-changing treatment for chronic back pain. We run ads, book consultations, and help clinics grow. We're a lean, creative team scaling fast, and we're looking for a hungry media buyer to work directly with the founder, own our paid campaigns, and help build a marketing engine that scales.

What You'll Be Doing:

Media Buying & Campaign Management

• Planning, launching, and managing paid ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
• Continuously testing audiences, creatives, and funnels to lower cost-per-lead and drive more bookings
• Monitoring spend, pacing budgets, and scaling winning campaigns
• Analysing campaign data and reporting on what's working, what's not, and what to do next

Strategy & Creative Collaboration

• Briefing the creative team on ad concepts and angles that will resonate with our audience
• Working closely with the founder across all things paid media and growth
• Using AI tools to assist with research, ad copy generation, and creative strategy
• Opportunity to grow within the company as we scale

What We're Looking For:

• Solid hands-on experience running Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns end-to-end
• Comfortable with Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager - you know your way around the platforms
• A real drive to learn, grow, and work hard - this matters more to us than a long CV
• Analytical thinker who can read the data and make confident decisions, not just launch and hope
• Excited by AI tools and how they can speed up research and creative testing
• Organised and proactive - able to manage multiple campaigns and clinics without hand-holding
• This is not a micromanagement style of work - you'll be trusted to own your campaigns and deliver results

Pay: From R1,00 per month
