We are a small, focused remote team, and this is a genuine opportunity for a South African fresh graduate to gain real international work experience with a UK-based company.

Role Summary

We are hiring four Remote Onboarding and Candidate Success Coordinators on a part-time basis. Successful candidates will begin with a 3-week paid trial period. Those who demonstrate the most consistency and achieve the highest number of successful onboardings during the trial will be offered a permanent part-time position going forward.

This is not a freelance or consulting role. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are ready to commit to a structured process, communicate professionally, and grow with the company.

Responsibilities

- Onboard and guide 30 to 40 candidates per week through a structured onboarding process

- Communicate with candidates professionally via email and messaging platforms

- Filter and manage a provided candidate list from initial contact through to successful completion

- Track and document progress accurately using internal tools

- Escalate issues to the relevant team member where necessary

Requirements

- Fresh graduate who has completed a degree within the last 2 years, any discipline

- Articulate and confident written communicator in English

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail

- Reliable and self-motivated, able to work independently without supervision

- Comfortable using email, Google Workspace, Zoom, and basic task management tools

- Open to learning, following structured processes, and receiving feedback

- Emotionally intelligent and professional when handling candidate queries

- Must have a reliable laptop and stable internet connection

- Must be based in South Africa with the legal right to work as a contractor

Compensation

- Base pay: £250 per month for successfully managing 30 to 40 onboardings per week

- Performance bonus: £50 awarded when 60 or more successful onboardings are completed within a single month

- End of year bonus: Discretionary bonus awarded to high-performing, consistent team members

- Permanent position offered to the strongest performers following the 3-week paid trial

- Pay is issued monthly directly to the candidate's bank account
