Remote Outbound Sales Rep – B2B US Market | Independent Contractor | South Africa

About the Company

We are a US-based B2B SaaS company serving K-12 school districts across the United States. Our platform helps schools streamline parent payments and communication, reducing administrative workload and improving collections.

We are building a high-performance outbound team in South Africa and are seeking a senior B2B outbound professional who will both generate qualified meetings personally and lead a small team of appointment setters targeting US decision-makers.

This is strictly a B2B outbound role. It is not consumer sales and not general call center work.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on outbound position.

You will personally conduct outbound prospecting into US school districts.

Approximately 90 percent of your time will be dedicated to direct outbound calling and meeting generation. The remaining time will focus on KPI management, call reviews, qualification discipline, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting into US school districts
• Engage senior decision makers such as Superintendents, Business Managers, and Finance Directors
• Deliver a concise, value-driven B2B pitch
• Book qualified demo meetings according to strict qualification standards
• Maintain disciplined CRM documentation

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of B2B outbound cold calling experience
• Proven experience calling into the B2B market
• Clear, professional English communication
• Your own computer with reliable high-speed business-grade internet connection
• Professional remote setup including quiet environment and high-quality headset suitable for US B2B calling
• Strong KPI-driven performance mindset

Candidates without direct B2B outbound experience will not be considered.

Compensation Structure

• Base + Individual commission per held meeting
• Payments made in USD on a monthly basis

Contractor Classification

This position is structured as an independent contractor agreement with a US-based company.
You will invoice monthly and be responsible for your own tax obligations in South Africa.
No employment benefits are provided.
