About the role

GoZtartUp helps healthcare and childcare professionals in the UK launch their own regulated businesses. We handle the entire build and submit their CQC or Ofsted application within 16 weeks, while they stay employed. Our programme sells for £6,900.

We are looking for a Remote Sales Closer to take warm, pre-qualified calls and guide people through the decision to invest in changing their careers.

This is not cold calling. Every prospect books a call through our ads, watches our pre-call videos, and is qualified by our team before they reach you. Your job is the close: understand where they are, handle their concerns honestly, and help them make the decision.

Our clients are nurses and carers making a significant, life-changing investment. We close by dealing with their concerns properly, not by pressure. If you sell by pressure, this is not the role for you.

What you will do

Take pre-qualified video and phone calls with prospects

Guide them through the decision to purchase

Handle objections honestly and professionally

Follow up with undecided prospects

Keep accurate records of every call outcome

What we are looking for

Proven closing experience, ideally in high-ticket sales

Excellent spoken and written English

A calm, consultative style, not high-pressure

Someone comfortable working UK hours

Self-motivated and reliable, able to work independently from home

What you will earn

Base salary of £700 per month for your first 60 days, rising to £1,000 per month once you pass your review period. Base is paid regardless of performance.

Commission of 7% on all cash collected during your first 60 days, rising to 9% after your review. A single full-price sale earns you £621 in commission. Plus a £30 bonus for every client who pays in full, and monthly performance bonuses for strong months.

Hours and setup

Full-time, Monday to Friday, UK working hours (9am to 5pm UK time). Optional evening and weekend availability can increase your earnings.

You will need a reliable laptop, camera, quiet workspace, stable internet, and backup power.

This is an independent contractor role, paid in GBP via Wise. You are responsible for your own tax. It does not include employee benefits.
