Job description
We're looking for a sales manager to run & build our team of appointment setters as we scale our marketing agency across the United States. You will hire them, train them, coach them every day, and own whether they hit their numbers.
They call warm inbound leads for medical spas across the United States. People who have already put their hand up and asked about treatment. Nobody cold calls here.
WHAT YOU OWN
The setters succeeding. If a setter fails, that's your failure first.
Hiring. You choose your own team — you screen, you run the test, you recommend. We approve and set pay. You can't be accountable for people succeeding if you didn't pick them.
Training and ramp. New setters reach a full workload on a defined timeline. You own that timeline and the number of weeks it takes.
Daily management. Everyone starts every block on time — verified, not asked. Nothing sits unworked when the day closes. Every end-of-day report read, and anything that doesn't add up chased the same day.
Coaching — every day. Two or three call recordings reviewed daily, rotating across the team. Two structured sales training sessions a week — live role-play and objection handling. You should be able to quote lines from your team's calls, not just their stats.
Culture. You run the daily huddles. Wins go up publicly the moment they happen. Birthdays, milestones, the bonus pool, the reasons people stay through a hard shift. Your turnover number is your culture score.
REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
1. You've sold on the phone yourself. You cannot coach what you haven't done.
2. You've managed a sales or calling team. Minimum: 2 years, at least 3 people reporting to you**.** Managed — not "senior rep who helped the new starters."
3. You can prove you make people better.
4. You're comfortable holding people to account
5. Fluent, neutral English
6. A reliable setup. Backup power and internet, and a quiet space to take calls. If your area has loadshedding, tell us how you handle it.
HOURS, PAY & GROWTH POTENTIAL
- $2,000 USD/Month starting base
- Performance bonuses after month 3
