Remote Solar Sales Closer (Australian Market) High Commission | Long-Term Opportunity | Work From Home
Are you a confident, high-performing phone salesperson who knows how to build rapport, overcome objections, and close deals?
We're looking for experienced Remote Solar Sales Closers to join our growing Australian solar company. This is a long-term opportunity for sales professionals who are hungry to earn, highly persuasive, and comfortable selling over the phone.
Working Hours
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Start Time: 9:00 AM Perth, Australia (AWST)
- Must be available for the full shift with a stable internet connection.
What You'll Do
- Call warm and qualified Australian homeowners.
- Build rapport and understand customer needs.
- Present solar and battery solutions.
- Handle objections confidently.
- Close sales over the phone.
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up activities.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional accent (mandatory).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Previous experience in phone sales, high-ticket sales, solar, energy, telecom, finance, or insurance is highly preferred.
- Confident handling objections and asking for the sale.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Reliable high-speed internet.
- Quiet home office with professional headset.
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
