Remote Telesales Representative – US Telehealth

We are building the sales team for a growing US telehealth company offering clinician-guided weight-loss treatment.

We are looking for confident, friendly and empathetic phone representatives to contact warm leads generated through Facebook and Instagram.

This is not cold calling random lists. These prospects have submitted their details and requested more information about treatment.

Your responsibility is to contact new leads quickly, build trust, explain how our service works, answer non-clinical questions and guide them through the enrollment process.

What you will do:

• Call new leads shortly after they submit their information
• Build trust and understand what the prospective patient is looking for
• Explain our service, pricing and available plan options
• Guide prospective patients through our secure medical intake form
• Follow up through phone calls, SMS and email
• Follow up with clinically approved patients until payment
• Maintain accurate notes and lead statuses inside our CRM
• Follow approved scripts and compliance guidelines
• Improve your performance through feedback and call reviews

You will receive training, scripts and guidance from our team.

Important: You will not provide medical advice, determine eligibility or recommend dosages. Licensed clinicians make all clinical decisions, and patients must provide their own medical information.

We are looking for someone with:

• Excellent spoken and written English
• A confident, trustworthy and friendly phone presence
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• The ability to work during US business hours
• Reliable internet, a quiet workspace and a professional headset
• Comfort using basic online tools and following a script
• A positive, coachable and performance-driven mindset

Previous phone sales, customer service, call-centre or closing experience is preferred, but we are also open to highly motivated candidates with strong communication skills who are ready to learn.

Experience working with US or UK customers, healthcare, telehealth, insurance, medical aid or weight loss is a bonus, but not required.

South African candidates are especially encouraged to apply.

Compensation and benefits:

• R24,000–R45,000 per month, depending on experience and working hours
• Additional performance bonuses based on results
