The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced, driven Rental Agent to lead the expansion of our rental book. You will have full access to build and manage a portfolio with marketing and tech support.

To ensure you thrive while establishing your pipeline:

• Guaranteed Income: We provide a guaranteed minimum earnings safety net for your first 3 months.
• Clear Path to Partnership: Partnership isn't a vague promise or reserved for family—it’s a clear, performance-based milestone available to every agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio Growth: Proactively generate leads, secure new rental mandates, and build long-term relationships with property owners and investors.
• End-to-End Leasing: Oversee tenant sourcing, rigorous screening, lease negotiations, and inspections.
• Client Management: Serve as the trusted advisor for landlords, delivering high-touch, proactive service.
• Entrepreneurial Leadership: Help shape operations, bring new ideas to the table, and actively contribute to overall business growth (lets grow together)

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in residential rental leasing and property management within.
• Track Record: Demonstrated ability to secure mandates, close deals, and retain clients.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: You want more than just a commission check; you want a stake in the business you're helping build.
• Licensing: Registered with the PPRA.
