Rental Agent (Own Car Required)

We are looking for a motivated and people-focused individual to join our rental team. This role suits someone who enjoys working with clients, has an interest in property, and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

The position involves working with both landlords and tenants to help manage the rental process from initial engagement through to successful placement. You will play an important role in growing the rental portfolio while ensuring a professional experience for all parties involved. Previous experience in property or leasing is helpful but not essential.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, reliable, and detail-focused
• Comfortable dealing with clients in person and over the phone
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Own laptop and vehicle required
