Requirements

Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Previous rental or property experience advantageous
NQF4 qualification preferred
Passion for property and client service

What You'll Earn

Rental Placement Commission

Earn 2% placement commission on the annual rental value of every tenant you place.

Recurring Income on New Landlords

For every brand-new landlord you introduce to the business on a managed mandate, you will earn 10% of the monthly rental commission on an ongoing basis.

This allows you to build a growing portfolio that generates recurring monthly income over time.

Monthly Performance Bonuses

Earn additional commission based on the number of new rental placements secured each month.

When you refer a rental client who successfully buys or sells through our sales division, you can earn additional commission:

Intern Property Practitioner: 50/50 split
Full Status Property Practitioner: 60/40 split

Additional Benefits

We provide rental stock for you to work with immediately, ensuring you have opportunities to earn from day one.

While company-supplied stock does not qualify toward the monthly performance commission structure, you will still earn the 2% placement commission on every successful tenant placement.
