Job description
- Assess repair and maintenance contracts claims including issuing orders to the dealer network.
- Train the dealers on repair and maintenance contracts procedures and protocols.
- Handle queries and manage disputes related to claims.
- Analyse the trends to track progress of open and closed claims.
- Audit Warranty and RMC parts in the network to ensure adherence to the defined standards.
- Drive continuous improvement based on identified gaps and deviations to ensure portfolio stability.
Qualifications:
- Grade: 12 Matric Certificate.
- Certified Diesel Technician and/or Auto Electrician and/or Mechatronics Engineering.
Skills:
- Technical knowledge skills.
- Customer focused (Internal and External).
- People skills.
- Work accurately under pressure and be able to meet deadlines.
- Must be results and process orientated, be proactive and team orientated.
- Computer Literate Flexible, active and forward thinking.
- Knowledge of SAP (ESA)
- Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.
Experience:
- Must have workshop experience - 2 years.
- Must have experience in a similar role in the automotive industry - 4 years.
