Role Purpose The purpose of the reporting analyst role is the investigation, translation of data and technical reporting needs for the Service Recovery team.

Requirements

• Relevant degree
• 3 years data analysis and reporting experience
• Advanced Excel and Power Point proficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities DATA ANALYSIS

• Engage in and ensure effective manual data extraction and management for reporting
• Exploring data to understand trends to improve reporting efficiency and delivery and to understand and anticipate internal client’s needs
• Performing regular investigations and reporting on the results and trends, as well as making recommendations
• Developing creative and unique solutions and ideas to analyse and solve a business problem or highlight risks
• Consolidate quarterly data and prepare reports for the management team
• Set up reporting processes where necessary
• Ad hoc reports: development, analysis, report writing and presentation

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to the process of negotiating objective and realistic service level agreements, monitor appropriateness and recommend adjustments
• Define practices which build rewarding relationships, encourage innovation and allow others to provide exceptional client service.
• Deliver on service level agreements made with clients and internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure that client expectations are managed
• Make recommendations to improve client service and fair treatment of clients within area of responsibility
