Reporting Assistant

Luxe Consulting Services Ltd is a Dublin-based digital marketing and revenue growth agency. We run end-to-end advertising, CRM automation, and sales infrastructure for 20–25 SME clients. Our reputation is built on results — and results need to be measured, reported, and communicated clearly every month. That's where this role comes in.

The Reporting Assistant compiles, formats, and delivers monthly performance reports for every active client. You'll pull data from ad platforms, CRM dashboards, and internal tracking systems, assemble it into our standardised templates, and ensure each report is accurate, consistent, and delivered on deadline. This is a detail-oriented, process-driven role — not a strategy role. You follow the system, hit the deadline, and don't let errors through.

What you'll be doing:

• Compiling monthly performance reports for 20–25 clients using our reporting template and data sources
• Pulling and cross-referencing data from Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GoHighLevel CRM, Google Analytics, and internal dashboards
• Populating report sections: ad performance, lead volume, cost per lead, funnel conversion rates, automation metrics, and revenue attribution
• Flagging anomalies, discrepancies, or significant performance changes for the account management team
• Ensuring every report is formatted consistently, error-free, and delivered by the monthly deadline
• Maintaining a reporting calendar and status tracker so nothing gets missed
• Suggesting improvements to reporting processes, templates, or data collection where you see inefficiency

Who we're looking for:

• Highly detail-oriented — you spot a misaligned number or formatting inconsistency before anyone else
• Comfortable pulling data from ad platforms, reading dashboards, and cross-referencing numbers across sources
• Familiar with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads reporting interfaces
• Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a strong plus; experience with any CRM or marketing automation platform is acceptable
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel and comfortable working with reporting templates
• Reliable and deadline-driven — this role runs on a monthly cadence and consistency is non-negotiable
• Strong written communication — you can write a clear summary alongside data without hand-holding

Nice to have:

• Background in digital marketing, media buying, or agency operations
• Experience building or improving reporting templates and dashboards
• Familiarity with Google Looker Studio or similar data visualisation tools
