Recommended Qualifications
Honours/Master’s degree in Research, Industrial Psychology, Sociology, HR, Organisational Behaviour or Data Analytics
Recommended Experience
Preferably 3–7 years in research, survey analysis, qualitative research and organisational diagnostics
Principal Responsibilities
Survey-data analysis; interviews/focus-group analysis; theme coding; diagnostic reports; intervention targeting; evidence base for recommendations.
