Resident Engineer

Brief Description:

We are looking for a Resident Engineer with to oversee construction projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and successful delivery within the budget.

Job Description:

· Supervise and monitor construction activities and contractor performance

· Ensure work complies with approved designs, specifications, and standards

· Monitor progress, quality, costs, and project timelines

· Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports

· Resolve technical and construction-related issues

· Assist with contract administration, variations, and claims

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements

Skills & Experience:

· Minimum 3–5 years’ relevant experience in construction/site supervision.

· Professional registration with ECSA advantageous.

· Strong knowledge of construction practices and engineering standards.

· Good communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.

Qualification:

· BEng/BSc/BTech in Civil Engineering
