Job description

Trafalgar Port Elizabeth is in search of an experienced Residential Administrator / Letting Agent to join their dynamic team.

The candidate must be:

Computer literate
Willing to work under pressure,

The responsibilities for the Letting Agent listed in summary but not limited to, includes:

Load new mandates
Index Mandate and supporting Documentation on QDocs
Advertising of units on social media
Placement of To Let Boards
Viewing of unit before advertising
Accompanying prospective tenants to properties
Arranging viewings for prospective tenants
Attend to client queries – email and Whatsapp
Management of emails
Attend to walk in clients
Vetting and loading tenant accounts
Lease renewals
Processing of applications and obtaining FICA documents.
Any other admin support
Other letting/admin duties required

Requirements

Matric
Own vehicle and drivers licence
