What You'll Be Doing

As a Residential Sales Agent, you will:

• Build and maintain a portfolio of residential properties.
• Prospect for new clients and listing opportunities.
• Conduct market appraisals and property viewings.
• Advise buyers and sellers throughout the sales process.
• Negotiate offers and successfully close property transactions.
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• NQF Level 4 in Real Estate.
• A valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC).
• Previous experience in residential property sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A professional, self-driven, and goal-oriented attitude.
• A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
