Natal Spa is a well-established and welcoming destination, known for providing exceptional guest experiences in a relaxing and professional environment. We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Office Receptionist to join our team.
South African Citizens only (EE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Handle reservations, bookings, and guest inquiries
- Operate front office system accurately (APEX)
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist guests with information about facilities and services
- Handle payments and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front office role
- Must have working knowledge of Apex or Opera systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
