Job description

Resourcer — Tech/SaaS Recruitment

Purpose: Buy back your live calling hours. Owns sourcing and first-pass qualification so you're only speaking to people worth speaking to.

Core responsibilities:

Boolean/X-ray sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow (for engineering roles), and niche community boards depending on vertical

Maps against your live searches (currently things like Linux Sys Admin, AI Implementation/Forward Deployed Engineer, Data Engineer) — needs to learn to read a technical JD well enough to filter signal from noise

First-pass CV screening and shortlisting using your scorecards/CandidateMatch AI outputs rather than gut feel

Initial outreach and scheduling — gets candidates warm and booked into your calendar, doesn't run the actual qualifying conversation

Database hygiene: keeping your 8,888+ funded company database and candidate records current, tagging by vertical (Fintech/SaaS Payments/CyberSec/HealthTech)

Basic CV formatting and prep for client submission

Red flag in interview: if they can't explain the difference between two adjacent technical roles you throw at them, they're going to flood your pipeline with noise instead of protecting your time.

Requirements

2-3 years in a resourcing or junior 360 role, ideally inside a specialist tech/SaaS agency rather than generalist

Comfortable with technical job titles and stack terminology without you translating every brief - Solutions Engineer vs Implementation Consultant vs Forward Deployed Engineer needs to mean something to them on sight

ATS literate, fast on LinkedIn Recruiter

Can work independently against a brief rather than needing a candidate spec spelled out line by line
