BESPOKE HOSPITALITY LEADER — GM / OPERATOR

Not Your Typical Restaurant Manager.

• Commercially astute with strong financial and labour management skills
• Meticulous in maintaining standards, presentation and quality across two shifts
• Skilled in coaching, developing and inspiring diverse teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall bakery, café and restaurant operations across day and night shifts
• Team leadership, recruitment, rostering and development
• Guest experience and service excellence standards
• Food, coffee and bakery quality oversight
• Financial performance, profitability and cost control
• Labour management, productivity and shift planning
• Stock, food cost and waste control

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years hospitality management experience, ideally in an artisan or café environment
• Strong working knowledge of BOH and FOH operations
• Proven ability to manage multi-shift, seven-day operations
• Computer literate; experience with POS and stock management systems advantageous

Pay: R20 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
