Job description
As host of the restaurant you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. The customer's experience starts with you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests
- Seat guests in an efficient and timely manner
- Manage the reservation book
- Communicate effectively with the team to ensure a seamless service
- Manage a waitlist effectively
- Offering menus
- Monitor seating availability
- Support the team
We are looking for a friendly and energetic people loving person who is organised and pays attention to detail. This position is a permanent position on Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays. Experience is essential. Please submit your cv with contactable references.
Pay: R350,00 - R450,00 per day
