Job description
Alta Gracia is a premium dining restaurant committed to delivering exceptional food, service, and memorable guest experiences. We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-presented Restaurant Hostess / Reservations Coordinator to become the first point of contact for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage restaurant reservations via phone, WhatsApp, and online booking platforms.
- Coordinate table allocations to maximise seating efficiency.
- Answer incoming calls and assist guests with enquiries.
- Maintain an accurate reservation diary and guest database.
- Communicate effectively with the restaurant manager and service team.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organised, and welcoming.
- Assist with special events, celebrations, and VIP guest arrangements.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate where necessary.
Pay: R200,00 - R400,00 per day
