Restaurant Manager | Bootlegger Cavendish Square, Claremont

We're opening a brand-new Bootlegger in Cavendish Square and we're looking for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to help lead the journey.

What You'll Do

☕ Lead day-to-day restaurant operations alongside the General Manager

☕ Drive exceptional customer experiences and uphold the Bootlegger brand

☕ Manage stock, ordering, supplier relationships, cash-ups, and reporting

☕ Oversee food, beverage, and coffee quality standards

☕ Recruit, coach, motivate, and develop a diverse team

☕ Create staff rosters and ensure smooth service, even under pressure

☕ Handle customer feedback professionally and build lasting customer loyalty

☕ Lead from the front and foster our culture of Attention to Detail (ATD)

What We're Looking For

✔ 2+ years' management experience in hospitality, restaurants, or cafés

✔ Strong leadership and team-building skills

✔ Sound operational and stock-control knowledge

✔ Passion for coffee, food, and delivering memorable guest experiences

✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

✔ Energetic, hands-on, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

✔ Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts
