Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service
• Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team to maintain high service standards
• Manage staff scheduling, performance, training, and development
• Ensure smooth service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction
• Control stock, ordering, and inventory levels
• Manage labour costs and departmental expenses in line with budgets
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and other hotel departments to deliver a seamless guest experience
• Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve any service issues promptly

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager within a hotel environment
• Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel will be advantageous
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge
• Financial awareness, including stock control, budgeting, and cost management
• Outstanding communication and guest service skills
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Passionate about hospitality and committed to service excellence
