RESTAURANT MANAGER WANTED
We’re looking for a strong, organised and hands-on Restaurant Manager to join our team in Sea Point, Cape Town.
This is a management role for someone who can take ownership, lead a team and keep a busy restaurant running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR & staff management
- Staff discipline and performance management
- Rostering and attendance
- Restaurant administration
- Stock control
- Catering enquiries, quotes & coordination
- Maintaining systems and procedures
- Managing service standards
- Customer experience & complaint resolution
- Supporting and leading the team on the floor
- Ensuring the restaurant is clean, organised and operating efficiently
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A natural and confident leader
- Highly organised and system-oriented
- Strong with administration
- Comfortable managing and disciplining a team
- Excellent with customers
- Able to stay calm and take control in a busy environment
- Accountable and able to work independently
Previous restaurant management experience is essential.
