Job description

RESTAURANT MANAGER WANTED

We’re looking for a strong, organised and hands-on Restaurant Manager to join our team in Sea Point, Cape Town.

This is a management role for someone who can take ownership, lead a team and keep a busy restaurant running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

HR & staff management
Staff discipline and performance management
Rostering and attendance
Restaurant administration
Stock control
Catering enquiries, quotes & coordination
Maintaining systems and procedures
Managing service standards
Customer experience & complaint resolution
Supporting and leading the team on the floor
Ensuring the restaurant is clean, organised and operating efficiently

We’re looking for someone who is:

A natural and confident leader
Highly organised and system-oriented
Strong with administration
Comfortable managing and disciplining a team
Excellent with customers
Able to stay calm and take control in a busy environment
Accountable and able to work independently

Previous restaurant management experience is essential.
