Restaurant Manager

**WE ARE HIRING: RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER** We are looking for an experienced and hands-on **General Manager** to join our restaurant group in the **Northern or Southern Suburbs of Cape Town**. **Key responsibilities:** - Managing daily restaurant operations - Leading, training and motivating staff - Maintaining excellent customer service standards - Managing stock, costs and operational controls - Ensuring food safety, hygiene and company standards are followed - Handling customer queries and resolving complaints - Achieving sales and profitability targets **Minimum requirements:** - Previous restaurant management experience - Strong leadership and communication skills - Good understanding of stock control, labour costs and restaurant administration - Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays - Reliable transport - Ability to work well under pressure Please indicate whether you are applying for the **Northern Suburbs** or **Southern Suburbs** position.
