Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Food and beverage service standards
· Maximizing food and beverage revenue
· Control of operating equipment
· Cost control and staffing expenses
· Guest satisfaction
· Hygiene and general cleanliness of food and beverage areas.
· To assess and address training needs
CORE COMPETENCIES
· Proven experience in restaurant management.
· Strong leadership and management skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
· Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards
· Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced
environment
· Customer-oriented approach
· Problem-solving skills
· Attention to detail
· Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Pay: R15 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
