Retail Assistant – Blouberg
Location: Blouberg
Employment Type: Permanent
Start Date: Immediate
We are looking for a friendly, energetic and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our retail team in Blouberg.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide product recommendations and answer customer queries.
- Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Receive, unpack and replenish stock.
- Keep the store clean, organised and well presented.
- Meet individual and store sales targets.
- Assist with stock counts and general store operations.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Approximately 2 years' retail sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and sales ability.
- Well-groomed, reliable and professional.
- Honest, trustworthy and punctual.
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
