What you will enjoy doing

• As the Retail Centre Supervisor, you will effectively manage the people, administrative and technical processes

of a sales/retail Centre to ensure delivery of superior customer service and the achievement of sales and profit margin targets

• You will manage performance of sales Centre Staff to deliver on customer service excellence and sales targets
• Implement sales promotion plans to ensure staff are thoroughly briefed on all aspects of the sales promotion to maximize the benefits from the promotion and carry out all post sales promotion activities to standard
• You will manage overheads and costs effectively to ensure profitability, ensure adherence to procedures for allocation and authorization of expenses, ensure all customer orders are processed on SAP and adhere to credit management and related policies
• Display point of sale stock/material in accordance with merchandising plans and ensure that best practice display techniques are applied in the Centre
• You will maintain Sales Centre assets effectively and to required legal and safety standards

What makes you great

• You are in possession of a Matric or NQF4 Qualification, with Sales, Marketing or Business Management Diploma or Higher as an advantage
• A valid code 08 driver's license
• You have at least three-year Sales/Retail experience, and you possess a broad knowledge of Afrox products, procedures and systems
• You have retail selling, merchandising, people management and business management
