Retail Consultant

A Ladurée Retail Consultant is essentially a luxury retail sales professional and brand ambassador. The role combines premium customer service, sales, visual merchandising, and product expertise to deliver the high-end experience associated with the Ladurée brand.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional, personalized customer service.
• Selling luxury products such as macarons, pastries, chocolates, teas, and gift boxes.
• Achieving individual and store sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Explaining Ladurée's French heritage, products, and seasonal collections to customers.
• Processing sales accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintaining elegant product displays and ensuring visual merchandising standards are met.
• Managing stock replenishment and keeping the boutique clean and organized.
• Representing the brand with a polished, professional appearance and attitude.

What we looking for:

2–4 years of retail, luxury retail, or premium hospitality experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for luxury brands and customer service.
• Sales confidence and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and busy retail periods.

Knowledge of French culture or additional languages is often considered an advantage.
