Job description
Agrinet Samrand is looking for a Retail Design & Implementation Coordinator to lead the planning and implementation of retail experience, visual merchandising and customer rollout projects that enhance brand visibility, customer engagement and commercial performance.
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain retail, store layout and visual merchandising standards.

Coordinate store openings, refurbishments and retail development projects.

Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks and stakeholder coordination.

Develop planograms and merchandising solutions aligned with commercial objectives.

Coordinate trade exhibitions, conferences, activations and promotional events.
-
Manage POS materials, merchandising assets, suppliers and contractors.
-
Conduct market and competitor research and identify opportunities for improvement.

Present retail concepts, project plans and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Monitor project outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
-
Degree in Retail Management, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Business Management, Design, Project Management or related field.

4–6 years’ relevant experience in retail development, visual merchandising, trade marketing, project management or retail operations.

Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
-
Strong project management, coordination, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
