RETAIL EXPANSION MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Expansion Manager to lead the strategic growth and physical expansion of our retail footprint.

This role is responsible for identifying new store locations, managing full store openings, and overseeing shop fitting and setup from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new retail store locations aligned with business growth strategy
• Manage end-to-end store opening projects from planning to launch
• Coordinate and oversee shop fitting, store layout, and merchandising setup
• Liaise with landlords, contractors, architects, and service providers
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control for all new store rollouts
• Conduct feasibility studies and market assessments for new sites
• Ensure brand consistency across all new store openings
• Drive efficient expansion processes to meet annual growth targets
• Recruitment of personnel for each Branch

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in retail expansion, property development or multi-site retail project management
• Proven track record of successfully opening and rolling out multiple retail stores
• Strong knowledge of shop fitting, store design and retail operations
• Experience in negotiation with landlords and contractors
• Excellent project management and budgeting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking ability
• Recruitment experience
