• Greet customers and offer friendly, knowledgeable assistance
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Maintain clean, organised, and well‑stocked store displays
• Support product merchandising and restocking activities
• Process customer purchases and handle basic point‑of‑sale tasks
• Resolve customer queries or direct them to the appropriate team member
• Contribute to achieving store performance goals

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a customer‑facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn product information and share it confidently with customers
• Comfortable handling transactions and basic cash procedures
• Reliable, approachable, and committed to delivering great service
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light manual tasks
