As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within the store. You will assist customers with product enquiries, offer recommendations, and ensure a positive shopping experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and a willingness to learn about the products and services offered.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers

Requirements:

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays
• Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required
