Weekend Retail Sales Assistant (Fixed-Term Contract)

Pick & Choose Wholesale – Warehouse
Location: 7 Muscat Road, Unit 7, Saxenburg Park, Blackheath
Contract Period: Six Months
Work Days: Monday - Saturday

Pick & Choose Wholesale is seeking a confident and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our retail team for the busy winter season.

This is a fixed-term weekend position suited for someone experienced in retail sales who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional and friendly customer service
Drive sales and meet daily targets
Assist customers with product selection and upselling
Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards
Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
Assist with stock replenishment and floor organisation
Support the team during peak trading hours

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ sales experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a retail store environment
Proven ability to meet sales targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Well-presented and professional
Reliable and punctual
Available to work every Friday, Saturday and Sunday (essential)

Experience in clothing, fashion or wholesale retail will be advantageous.
