Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate who is passionate about customer service and sales and wants to build a career in retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide product information and recommend suitable products.
- Process sales transactions accurately.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
- Previous retail experience is advantageous but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Customer-service oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
