SUMMARY: We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate who is passionate about customer service and sales and wants to build a career in retail.

POSITION INFO: Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. Provide product information and recommend suitable products. Process sales transactions accurately. Handle customer queries and resolve complaints effectively. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets. Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric) certificate. Previous retail experience is advantageous but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
