Medical Retail Sales Assistant

Role Overview

We are seeking a professional and target-driven individual to join our expanding medical retail team. This role combines reception duties, customer engagement, sales performance, and light technical support (training provided).

Key Responsibilities

Manage the front desk and assist customers in-store
Drive sales performance and meet store targets
Perform basic technical tasks as trained
Support occasional promotional events in nearby malls

· Ideal Qualifications and Skills

· - Strong interpersonal skills

· - Confident in sales

· - Quick learner with excellent organisational skills

· - Diploma or certificate in sales, customer service, marketing, or retail

(advantageous but not required)

· - Proficient in computer literacy (email, CRM systems, Excel)

· Compensation

· - Salary: R 8000.00 to include an excellent commission structure

Pay: R7 000,00 - R8 000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
