Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Retail Sales Assistant(Matric/NQFLV4)**to join our team at Mjz Direct Marketing (PTY) LTD. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the retail industry. No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Requirements:

-Passed High school diploma or NQFLV4 -6 Equivalent.

• SA ID / Passport .
• Must be located in Port Elizabeth or Uitenhage .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
