Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences? We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Retail Sales Assistant to join our vibrant retail team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our brand, helping customers find what they love and ensuring every visit exceeds their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude and assist them throughout their shopping journey
Provide expert advice on products, promotions, and store policies
Maintain visually appealing merchandise displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked
Handle transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
Resolve customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
Contribute to achieving sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques
Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and regular counts
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations of the store
Uphold company standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety at all times
Qualifications Skills:
Required:

Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
Keen attention to detail and organizational skills
A passed Matric or NQF level 4 equivalent
