Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and approachable, making sure every visitor feels appreciated.
- Help customers find products, offering knowledgeable advice and suggestions to improve their shopping experience.
- Keep current with product details to answer questions confidently and boost sales.
- Work closely with team members to hit store sales goals and maintain high service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required—a positive attitude matters most!
- Excellent communication skills to engage customers effectively.
- A proactive mindset for solving problems and handling multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- A true passion for delivering excellent customer service daily.
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays when needed.
- A passed Matric certificate or NQF Level 4 equivalent.
