Responsibilities

• Engage professionally with customers in person, over the phone, or through other sales channels
• Introduce and explain products or services clearly and confidently
• Assist customers in identifying solutions that meet their needs
• Support the sales process from initial contact through to closing a sale
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Follow up on customer enquiries and provide accurate information
• Meet individual and team sales targets
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and promotions
• Capture customer information and maintain accurate sales records
• Assist with merchandising, stock presentation, or sales floor support where required
• Handle customer questions and refer complex issues to senior team members when needed
• Represent the company professionally and contribute to a positive customer experience

Requirements

• Matric certificate
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in sales, customer service, and working with people
• Confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn sales techniques and product knowledge
• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Basic numeracy and computer literacy
• Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs
• Ability to work well in a team and take direction from supervisors
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
• Residing in or near George, South Africa, or able to commute reliably
