Retail Sales Assistant
About the Role
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will help customers find the products they need, ensure the store is well presented, and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience. This role is key to creating positive customer interactions and supporting overall store performance.
What You Will Do
- Greet customers and offer friendly, knowledgeable assistance
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Maintain clean, organised, and well‑stocked store displays
- Support product merchandising and restocking activities
- Process customer purchases and handle basic point‑of‑sale tasks
- Resolve customer queries or direct them to the appropriate team member

Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer‑facing role

- Comfortable handling transactions and basic cash procedures

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light manual tasks
